Does it scratch delicate surfaces like screens or glass?
Absolutely not. Nuyva microfiber is designed to be gentle on all surfaces, including the most delicate: screens, glasses, mirrors, car bodies, stainless steel. You can use it with complete confidence, even on your high-tech devices.
How long does a cloth last?
Over 1,000 washes, or an average of 2 to 3 years of daily use. Machine washable at 40° (without fabric softener to preserve its effectiveness), it retains its full performance over time.
Can I really not use any products?
Yes, water alone is sufficient in 95% of cases thanks to the density of the microfiber (200,000 fibers/cm²). For very greasy stains like a dirty oven or hood, you can add a drop of black soap or white vinegar, but that's all.
How do I maintain it?
After each use, rinse it with clear water and let it air dry. Once a week, machine wash at 40°C with your usual laundry. Avoid fabric softener and high-temperature tumble drying.
What are the delivery times?
Shipped within 48 hours of order (business days). Delivery in France between 6 and 10 business days.
Is the cloth suitable for the car?
Yes, it is even particularly effective for cars: bodywork, windows, rims, interior (dashboard, leather, plastics). Many of our customers use it as a dedicated cloth for their vehicle.
What differentiates Nuyva from the microfiber cloths found in supermarkets?
The difference lies in the density of the microfiber. Entry-level cloths (superstores, supermarkets) contain an average of 80,000 to 100,000 fibers per cm². The Nuyva Magic Cloth contains more than 200,000. Specifically, this means twice the absorbency, significantly improved absorption, and a lifespan up to 10 times longer. While a low-end cloth wears out and pills after 50 washes, Nuyva retains its full effectiveness beyond 1,000 washes. This is the quality that cleaning professionals have been using for years, now available to you.
Does it really work on tough grease and limescale?
Yes, in the vast majority of cases. For everyday grease (countertops, cooktops, extractor hoods), a damp cloth is sufficient due to the high-density microfiber's absorbent effect. For baked-on grease or more stubborn deposits (oven, very dirty car body), we recommend adding just a drop of black soap or white vinegar to the cloth, no more. For limescale in the bathroom, hot water combined with the cloth removes most deposits. For extreme cases of ingrained limescale, a little diluted white vinegar works wonders. In both cases, we stick to natural solutions, without any aggressive chemical products.
Is the cloth suitable for wooden furniture and leather surfaces?
Absolutely. Nuyva microfiber is designed to be safe for the most delicate surfaces. For wooden furniture (tables, dressers, waxed floors), use the cloth barely damp, following the grain of the wood. There is no risk of scratching or leaving marks. For leather (sofas, car interiors, accessories), a slightly damp cloth removes dust and traces without damaging the material. Just avoid saturating the leather with water, as you would with any cloth. This is why many automotive detailing professionals and high-end furniture maintenance specialists use this type of microfiber.
Does microfiber really eliminate bacteria without disinfectant?
Yes, and that's one of the most interesting features of high-density microfiber. Several scientific studies (notably published by the University of California) have shown that quality microfiber combined with hot water eliminates between 98% and 99% of bacteria present on a surface, a level comparable to that of many chemical disinfectants. The key lies in the fineness of the fibers: they capture and retain microorganisms instead of simply moving them around like a classic sponge would. To maintain this effectiveness, wash your cloth regularly at 40° in the washing machine. For complete disinfection after use in particularly dirty areas, washing at 60° completely eliminates residual bacteria in the cloth itself.
